DIY - How to remove scratches from car easily using daily life products

How to remove scratches from car easily using daily life products at home. Its very easy to remove bad scratches and stains. All you need is:
1) Toothpaste (Preferably Whitening toothpaste)
2) Cotton Towel or Scour Pad
3) WD-40 (Optional)

Please note that it doesn't remove all hardcore scratches but it does remove small and light scratches.
